#Won't open, crashes, or shows "The procedure entry point could not be located"

The VC++ runtime is too old. Install the new one, restart the PC and open AIG5 again.

#"Unsupported path" appears

The path AIG5 is in contains non-English characters. Move the whole folder to a path with English characters only (for example D:\AIG5).

#The buttons on the Input mode page do nothing

The installation is incomplete. Delete the AIG5 folder, download the installer again and reinstall.

#Makcu or Ferrum is not found ("No hardware box found")

Check the connection by following the Makcu or Ferrum guide (Ferrum must use the Legacy API port), unplug and replug, then connect again. If "Installing the dedicated driver might help" appears, click Install and continue.

#Core preparation keeps failing

Update the driver with the NVIDIA App, restart, then click Retry. If it still fails, click Copy log in the dialog and send it to support.

#It shows running, but it doesn't aim in the game

The box may be disconnected or not yet calibrated: click the box name at the top center → Reconnect, then hold 8 + 9 in the game to calibrate again.

#It asks every launch whether to delete the installer

The installer file is still there (choosing "Keep" asks again). Click Delete.

#Yellow triangle at the top right: "Unable to verify current value safety"

AIG5 didn't get the server's Best Parameters. Check your network and restart AIG5. Cores identified by outline color never have them, so the triangle always shows for those. The assist works as usual.

#"Launch failed" appears, saying the target application's version is too old

Your OBS version is too old. Click Go to download, install the required OBS version, then try again.
